Pearl Harbor VIP Boat Tour on May 19, 2026

Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii Director Stanford Yuen has once again organized a special exclusive educational boat tour around Ford Island and Pearl Harbor. Limited opportunities are being offered to our membership. First come first serve reserve to the CCCH Office by May 11th. More spaces may open up later for those on the waiting list. The date for the boat tour is May 19, 2026 around 3:00pm-5:30pm and is currently on the Navy’s calendar. However, the Navy advises that last minute changes may occur based on maintenance, ships schedules, security, etc.

What: Educational boat tour around Ford Island and Pearl Harbor, highlighting major features, e.g. December 7 Attack; Ford Island; Shipyard; Supply; Submarine Base; Active Ships; Mothballed Ships; Housing; Historic Sites; Close-up of Battleships USS Missouri, memorials USS Utah and USS Arizona; Ford Island Bridge; West, Middle, and East Loch Shoreline; Waipio and Pearl City Peninsula; Walt Disney Movie "Pearl Harbor"; Current Projects, Future Plans around Pearl Harbor including $2-Billion+ Ford Island Development; and a private visit to the USS Arizona Memorial. Unique view of the harbor from the water.

When: May 19, 2026 (Tuesday) 3:30 – 5:00 PM; Boat tour around Ford Island, and a visit to the USS Arizona Memorial. NOTE: Because of maintenance, security, threat level, ship traffic, uncertainties with the new admin- istration and other circumstances, schedule may change at the last minute.

Where: Meet 3:15 PM or earlier at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center bookstore area then walk left to the “Tree of Life” sculpture outside the theater. Stanford will be at the bookstore at 2:15.

- Optional 30-minute movie on the December 7, 1941 Attack on Pearl Harbor, in theater.

- Movie runs continuously, but exit after 30-minutes or before 3:15 to ensure gathering at the sculpture by 3:15. Boat will leave promptly at 3:30.

- Suggestion: Arrive 1-hr early to visit the bookstore, museum and surrounding grounds.

- For directions, search Google under “USS Arizona Museum”

Special Instructions:

- This tour is by invitation only. Your names must be on the list.

- Children OK if not disruptive.

- Pay parking ($7) via QR code. Look for the posted signs.

- No carry-on purses, fanny-packs, or bags. All carry-on items subject to inspection.

- Do NOT use the storage locker (close 5pm).

- Use restroom before boarding.

- Passengers must be seated while the boat is in motion. OK to stand to take photos.
