We hope you're all having a nice spring despite the rough weather. We were disappointed that we had to postpone our Strong Start Saturday event with Key Fitness in February but are pleased to inform you... it's been rescheduled! 

Breathe in. Move freely. Feel alive. 

Step outside and join us for an energizing outdoor fitness experience that will awaken your body and refresh your mind. 

•Build strength in the open air 

•Shake off stress and soak in the good vibes 

•Connect, laugh and move with up an uplifting island community 

Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness lover, this is your chance to move at your own pace – surrounded by fresh air and positive energy. 

We hope you can join us on Saturday, May 9, 2026, for our fit truck workout, health/wellness talk, and delicious BBQ. 

All participants must complete both of these waivers:
